Publish what you offer and what you're looking for.

Find someone
Find someone and send a request with the estimated time.

Confirm the hours
After the service, both of you confirm the actual hours.

Credits move
Credits move from the person who received to the person who gave, and you review each other.
Balance rules
- One hour = one credit, for every kind of service.
- Your balance can go down to -5 credits so you never get stuck.
- The maximum balance is 40 credits, so nobody hoards hours without giving back.
- Time is counted in 15-minute steps.
- Credits can never be bought or sold for money.
- Invite a friend: you get 1 extra credit when they complete their first exchange.
