Before you meet

• Read the other person's profile and reviews.
• Keep the conversation in the Truek chat so there's a record.
• Agree clearly on what will be done and how long it should take.

The first meeting

• Meet in a public place: a library (such as Oodi), a café or a coworking space.
• Tell a friend where you'll be and with whom.
• If something doesn't feel right, leave. You don't owe anyone an explanation.

At home

• For home services, consider having someone else present the first time.
• Don't leave valuables or documents in sight.

Never

• Pay or ask for money, or share bank details.
• Accept services that require a licence (healthcare, electrical work, etc.).

If something goes wrong

Use “Report” on the user's profile or in the exchange, and block them if needed. In an emergency, call 112.
